Job Overview

Are you enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests? If so, the position of Lead Guest Services Agent at stayAPT Suites College Station may be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing their reservations and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.

Compensation:

$12 - $14 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure all guest accommodations are prepared and ready for arrival.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring accurate distribution of room keys and information.
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain precise records of guest accounts and transactions to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
  • Handle incoming inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and amenities, both over the phone and in person.
  • Assist with various tasks and projects in different departments as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality sector, particularly in a front desk role, is preferred.
  • Proficient in managing phone communications and navigating challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management software is essential.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
