Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at a 196-unit residential apartment community in Capitol Heights, MD. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, marketing and leasing apartments, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Market and lease apartments to prospective residents, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Property Tours: Conduct property tours and provide information about the community and its amenities.
  • Resident Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain residents and increase resident satisfaction.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our property management system.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Assist with day-to-day operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, prospects, and vendors.
  • Leasing Experience: Prior leasing experience, preferably in a multi-family property management setting.
  • Marketing and Sales Skills: Ability to market and lease apartments, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
