Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the establishment and provide professional valet services, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with belongings or other heavy items, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer care.
  • Direct traffic in the parking area as needed, applying knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic laws.
  • Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return, maintaining high standards of efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Park guest vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws and guidelines.
  • Operate vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to company policies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old, possessing a valid driver's license.
  • No more than two points on your driving record, indicating a history of responsible driving habits.
  • No prior felonies, reflecting a clean personal and professional background.
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required, ensuring a safe and trustworthy work environment.
  • Customer service experience and a friendly demeanor are essential, as you will interact with guests on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work in a standing position and run/jog for hours at a time, highlighting physical stamina and endurance.
