Job Overview

Elevate your career with Ellis Parking Company as a seasoned Valet Supervisor. Oversight responsibility includes approximately 10 valets, ensuring exceptional customer service and procedural adherence.

Schedule: 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday, with rotating weekend coverage every fifth week.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise valet attendants in daily duties of parking, retrieving, and delivering vehicles to guests.
  • Train and coach valet attendants, addressing performance gaps when necessary, to meet customer service and safety standards.
  • Monitor valet operations and enforce compliance with Ellis Parking procedures.
  • Communicate operational issues and concerns to the Operations Manager.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues to satisfaction, escalating matters as needed.
  • Assess and report on the valet team's performance, providing recommendations for quality and efficiency improvements.
Key Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of leadership experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams of five or more.
  • Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution expertise.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and background check clearance required.
  • No more than two points on driving record.
  • Mandatory pre-employment mouth swab screening.
