Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate any necessary repairs or customer service-related concerns to management.
- Perform minor repairs as required.
- Ensure the cleanliness of parking booths, office spaces, equipment, signage, and restroom facilities, including proper waste disposal.
- Maintain all parking area surfaces, ensuring they are free from litter, debris, stains, and spills.
- Keep maintenance materials and equipment adequately stocked to prevent shortages.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Safely operate maintenance equipment to prevent accidents.
- Ensure maintenance tools and equipment are kept in safe, clean, and functional condition.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
Qualifications:
What We Are Seeking:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Capability to walk or stand for extended periods while performing job duties.
- Task-oriented individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in maintenance or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, along with the ability to interpret technical manuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
