JOB SUMMARY

This role involves providing customers with options, designs, and education regarding the sale of replacement HVAC systems in residential and light commercial environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Presenting HVAC system replacement choices
  • Offering financing alternatives
  • Learning the One Hour sales methodology and ethical practices
  • Maintaining sales margins as directed by the supervisor
  • Exhibiting a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving
  • Using floor savers in clients' homes
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean, both inside and out
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience required
  • Experience in the HVAC trade is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Clean driving record
Compensation: $1.00 - $500,000.00 per year
