Sales Associate Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate Lead to join our team at Dollar General. As a Sales Associate Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading sales floor operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead sales floor operations, including receiving, stocking, and facing merchandise
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager
- High school diploma or equivalent required; six months of supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
