Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Critical Care Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric critical care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Pediatric Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill children
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in pediatric critical care
- Current RN licensure in the State of Texas
- At least 1.5 years of experience in pediatric critical care
- Four-year Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- PALS/NRP certification
- PACES certification with 180 days
