Job Description

We are seeking a skilled pediatric nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a pediatric nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled pediatric care to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
