Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Advisor to join our team at Novant Health. As a Clinical Practice Advisor, you will serve as a clinical advisor to independent MSO clients, providing expert guidance on clinical operations optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze clinical/quality data reports to identify areas of care gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans for clinical process and practice improvements in partnership with clients' clinical teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clinic administrators, providers, directors, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of clinical best practices and workflows.
  • Partner with clients to support clinical improvement initiatives and value-based program participation.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in an appropriate state.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a physician practice as an LPN/Clinical lead.
  • Minimum two years' experience in project management and/or EMR clinical implementation, clinical data collection and analysis, quality assessment and improvement processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
