About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer to join our team at DuPont. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the use of APM and Meridium across our global sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement APM/Meridium modules following standard practices and help sites standardize their work practices.
  • Teach sites how to use APM/Meridium as a key element of an overall reliability improvement process.
  • Develop and document standard methodologies and training documents for using APM/Meridium.
  • Help sites develop and track maintenance, reliability, and MIQA performance and management metrics.
  • Provide awareness training to corporate and business resources on the APM/Meridium modules.
Requirements
  • BS in electrical/mechanical engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in maintenance, reliability, and MIQA best practices.
  • 1 year experience using APM in process industry.
  • 2+ years of experience using Meridium in process industry.
  • Thorough understanding of maintenance, reliability, MIQA, and PSM best practices.
