Warehouse Operations Manager

Consolidated Supply Co. is a leading wholesale distributor of plumbing, hydronic heating, and water works products in the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse and operations activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, shipping, and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Manage and train a team of warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with logistics and transportation.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role in an industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management systems, and supply chain logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
