Salary and Benefits
This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage starting on the first day, disability and life insurance, paid time off, 13 paid holidays, 6% match on the 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, and tuition assistance.
Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our Neuroscience sales team for the Atlanta South area. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of organizational objectives and align resources appropriately to meet those objectives while upholding the company culture and values in all interactions and business matters. This role involves delivering results through compliant and ethical practices, effectively analyzing trends, and applying knowledge in customer interactions to deliver value. The representative will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, possessing impactful and influential communication and presentation skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with three years of full-time documented business-to-business sales experience. Pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred, and a proven record of accomplishments in this specific market toward meeting established objectives is essential. You should also have well-developed written and oral communication skills, ability to interact with healthcare professionals in face-to-face and virtual environments, proficiency with technology, demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing. New product launch experience and broad therapeutic area experience, particularly in Neuropsychiatry, are preferred. Additionally, you must be able to successfully pass background, motor, and drug screenings, have a valid US driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
In this role, you'll build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with employees and external contacts at all levels, demonstrating awareness of their needs, and responding with the appropriate action. You'll provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers. Regularly reviewing and analyzing all available sales data, you'll create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds. Maintaining a call average as outlined in the sales plan, defined as face-to-face interactions, with healthcare providers focusing on top target customers is crucial. Furthermore, you'll adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines and achieve all sales performance goals and objectives for your geographical assignment.
