About the Role:
Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team in Grafton, Wisconsin.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $31.10 - $46.60/hour

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:*** Utilize respiratory therapy processes to support patient assessment and care planning.* Operate specialized ventilators in critical and non-critical care settings.* Provide medication treatments and therapies per physician order and/or patient-driven protocols.* Educate and instruct patients in disease management and self-care techniques.* Facilitate clinical problem-solving and collaborate with other departments to provide education on managing patients.* Adapt to policies and procedures for various service areas and perform tasks as required by assignment.

Requirements:
* Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license issued by the state in which the team member practices.* Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) within 12 months or active Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential if received prior to January 1, 2023.* Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
