We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, providing exceptional patient care, and working closely with our healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
As a Medical Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Escorting patients to exam rooms and taking vital signs
- Performing various patient care procedures within your scope of practice, including EKGs and point-of-care testing
- Maintaining confidentiality of patient records
- Assisting with electronic prescriptions, laboratory results, and prescription instructions
- Coordinating pre-visit preparations and organization of electronic charts
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A High school diploma or GED required
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant training program is preferred
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, we also provide employee assistance programs and a welcoming work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, 32 hours per week, with flexibility to choose days off during the week. You will be working directly with our healthcare providers, assisting with patient care, and contributing to the success of our practice.
