As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for performing operational, financial, and compliance reviews to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of our healthcare operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Audits: Perform financial audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our financial statements and identify areas for cost savings.
- Compliance Reviews: Conduct reviews to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess risks to our organization and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present reports to management and the Board of Directors on audit findings and recommendations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of audit experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
