Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary of $230,000 - $300,000 per year, or $850 per day, depending on your schedule and experience. Additionally, you'll receive a generous benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, vision coverage, and a 401(k) savings plan.

About the Role

As a Lead Dentist, you will be responsible for managing a team of dental professionals and providing high-quality clinical care to patients. Your expertise and leadership skills will help drive our mission of delivering exceptional patient experiences. Our comprehensive training program will ensure you have the tools and knowledge to succeed in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you must hold a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach new dentists and staff members. Staying up-to-date with industry developments through continuing education is also essential.
