Salary
As a Lead Dentist and Clinical Director, you can earn up to $850 per day or $230,000-$300,000 per year. Plus, enjoy Per Day or Per Year Guarantee - $XX, Sign-On Bonus - $15,000, Relocation Stipend - $5,000, and Implant Training Available.

Job Description
You will lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership, assuming excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnose dental conditions, offer treatment planning options, and provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency. Maintain an awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives. Mentor new dentists and dental professionals, stay updated with continued education, and network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists, receiving non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
