Key Responsibilities:

Insight Global is seeking a Booking Producer to support a client in New York City. The Booking Producer plays a crucial role in securing on-air guests for interviews and will report to the head of the booking department as part of the network booking team and the executive producer of the assigned show. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Executive Producer and team to identify top-tier guests for broadcast.
  • Conducting thorough guest research and outreach.
  • Assisting the team in booking relevant on-air guests for interviews.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with newsmakers, experts, officials, publicists, and celebrities.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for guests and their representatives.
  • Conducting pre-interviews and vetting potential on-air guests.
  • Coordinating interview logistics, including date, time, and location for on-air appearances.
  • Providing guests with topics and areas of discussion for interviews.
  • Communicating on-air appearance requirements to guests.
  • Securing exclusive interviews and content with newsmaker guests.
  • Identifying new and emerging voices as subject matter experts.
  • Pitching guest ideas to the production team.
  • Ensuring guests meet the caliber and quality consistent with the brand.
