Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Associate. As a key member of our team, you will work side by side with your local team in an ever-evolving environment, making connections with teammates, building relationships with customers, learning about new wireless and internet technologies, and training towards becoming a Mobile Expert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide helpful, personal, and guided assistance to customers
  • Demonstrate equipment and technology in-store
  • Learn, learn, and more learn about wireless technology, people skills, and yourself
  • Set new sales records, win customer service awards, and help your store team be victorious by approaching each sale with integrity and passion
