Job Title: Project Engineer

At Suffolk Construction, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing quality assurance and quality control documentation, as well as overseeing document control and other related project processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain logs associated with field QC processes
  • Ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues
  • Support field activities by conducting daily inspections and monitoring the closure of open items
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality processes
  • Upload and maintain all QA/QC records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quality Management, or demonstrated equivalent field
  • 2+ years of experience in related construction fields
  • Solid understanding of means and methods of construction
  • Proficient with computer software used in the construction industry
  • Working knowledge of national and State code and quality regulations/standards
