Project Engineer - OFCI & Cx Job Summary
Walbridge is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer - OFCI & Cx to manage and coordinate commissioning activities for our Data Center projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction engineering and commissioning, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the scheduling and coordination of Cx activities with OFCI vendors, subcontractors, and project superintendents during commissioning
- Ensure documentation of testing results from commissioning activities
- Manage and coordinate issue identification and resolution by Cx team
- Develop, implement, and administer project engineering procedures and other work controlling documents
- Ensure project engineering activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent technical training and work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of building construction experience
- Capable in coordinating and scheduling construction activities
- Construction project engineering and building commissioning experience preferred
