Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, including staff supervision and training.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel standards and regulations.
  • Develop and manage the Housekeeping budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Housekeeping team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, hotel management).
  • Advanced knowledge of housekeeping operations, including cleaning procedures, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
