Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Associate to join our team at OLS Hotels & Resorts. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all corridors and public areas in accordance with all housekeeping procedures and standards and safety and security rules and regulations.
  • Remove soiled linen, terry and trash from the service areas and take to the appropriate locations in the prescribed manner.
  • Aid section housekeepers as needed (i.e. bed boards, roll-ways, etc.).
  • Report any missing/found articles, damage or merchandise problems to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Be able to communicate and respond at all times, in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner to guests, managers and fellow associates.

Requirements

  • Prior Experience: 1+ years Previous housekeeping experience.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate to guests, management, and coworkers.
  • Must be able to follow directions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
