Job Summary:

The Client Service Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and responsiveness while providing consultative customer service to ensure both internal and external customers' needs are met. This individual will be responsible for the efficient and timely processing of transactions and services accurately in accordance with policy and procedures.

This role requires a minimum salary range of $16.00 - $21.72 per hour based on experience and location. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and mathematical skills, as well as basic knowledge of lending concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily transactions and associated general customer and account servicing duties with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide consultative customer service approach to ensure a clear understanding of the customer's needs versus wants.
  • Engage in referral and relationship management in accordance with established objectives and goals.
