About the Role:
Michael Page is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire PPAP process, preparing and conducting internal IATF 16949 audits, and delegating duties to junior engineers and technicians. You will also work directly with customers to discuss reports and non-conformances, lead corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis methods, and generate documentation and standards for new products.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire PPAP process
Prepare and conduct internal IATF 16949 audits
Delegate duties to junior engineers and technicians
Work directly with customers to discuss reports and non-conformances
Lead corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis methods
Generate documentation and standards for new products

Requirements:
3+ years experience in quality
Background in electronics manufacturing
Knowledge of IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 or AS9100
Experience with New Product Development
Strong communication skills, experience with customers
Degree in engineering or related field preferred
Experience leading and mentoring engineers

What We Offer:
Base Salary between $80,000 - $90,000
