We are seeking a skilled Renal Therapist to join our team at Northwestern Medicine Mchenry Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver dialysis care to patients in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
• Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred
