Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care to our members by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling members on health care and prescription medication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring timely and efficient service to our members.
  • Administer immunizations and provide counseling on health care and prescription medication needs.
  • Model and enforce proper member service approaches and techniques to ensure member needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within company guidelines and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas by analyzing and interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews.
  • Maintain confidential information, documentation, and assigned records as required by company policies and local, state, and federal guidelines.

Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
