Pharmacist - Member Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and services to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and counsel members on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
- Model and Enforce Member Service Standards: Provide direction and guidance to associates on proper member service approaches and techniques to ensure member needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within company guidelines and standards.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality Assurance: Analyze and interpret reports, implement and monitor loss prevention and safety controls, oversee safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews, and develop and implement action plans.
- Maintain Confidentiality and Integrity: Maintain confidential information, documentation, and assigned records as required by company policies and local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Pharmacy license by job entry date. Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to providing exceptional patient care and services.
