Supply Chain Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Logistics Specialist to join our team at Three Point Solutions. As a key member of our service parts planning organization, you will be responsible for field cycle counts, bin inventory corrections, and assisting technicians with transactions.
Estimated Salary: $18,310 - $20,000 per annum
About the Role
- Field cycle counts and bin inventory corrections to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Assist technicians with bin-to-bin and branch-to-branch transactions.
- Process service parts orders and source emergency parts needs via field stock.
- In-transit monitoring and exception handling for TARQ messages.
This role is crucial in improving the overall cost of our service supply chain, enhancing inventory accuracy, and ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities- Daily review and communication with technicians whose parts are in transit without a tracking number.
- Approve E/J orders via TARQ and enter orders as requested.
- Source emergency parts needs via field stock where possible.
- Daily management of negative TARQ messages and corrections.
- Enter excess, repair returns, and submit non-revenue orders.
- Complete all cycle counts for active bins by year-end.
- Drive improved inventory accuracy through coaching and process sharing.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of service inventory optimization strategies and customer requirements.
- High level of multitasking capability.
- Familiarity with internal processes related to technicians and inventory management.
