Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical and communication skills? We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team at The Kenan Advantage Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing national accounts, vendor vetting, and resolving Accounts Payable issues.

Job Description

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Procurement Department. Your duties will include:

  • Managing implementation of new National Accounts or changes to existing accounts
  • Reviewing and approving all national account invoices along with resolving outstanding Accounts Payable issues
  • Managing national accounts - office supplies and furniture; corporate lodging hotel program
  • Supporting any and all functions across the Procurement Department as needed
  • Vendor vetting and setup - requesting and receiving required paperwork
Responsibilities

Salary: $17.50-$19.00 per hour based on experience
