Job Summary

HD Supply is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets in a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage company resources and expertise to drive sales growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce reporting and data analysis to identify opportunities for sales and revenue growth.
  • Review customer portfolios to identify and drive action with underperforming accounts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
