Job Title: IOP Phlebotomist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate IOP Phlebotomist to join our team at Labcorp. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy of laboratory results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood specimens from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
  • Enter patient information and specimen data into our system accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
