We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Customer Insights Analyst to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources (CRM, surveys, website analytics, social media, etc.) to understand customer behavior and market trends
Develop dashboards, reports, and visual presentations to communicate customer insights effectively to stakeholders across the organization
Identify and analyze customer segments, providing detailed profiles that inform targeted customer experience and product strategies
Monitor customer trends, feedback, and preferences, and deliver insights that drive operational capabilities, customer experience development, and overall business strategy
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
2+ years' experience in customer insights, data analysis, or a similar role
Proven experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Access, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with CRM systems and survey platforms
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously
