We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive clinical environment.

Job Summary

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN will be responsible for providing efficient and effective nursing care to patients, while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. This includes evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observing condition, and reporting changes in condition. The LPN will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
