We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. About the Role

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and promoting patient/family satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
  • Contributing to nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders.
  • Supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
