Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our patients
  • Manage and supervise a team of therapists and therapy assistants
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
Requirements:
  • Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; minimum 3 years of experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience
  • Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months
