Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain tires and wheels, including repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
  • Attach and rebalance wheels, install/rebuild and/or relearn/calibrate TPMS, and wash tires and wheels
  • Test and install batteries, use and maintain equipment, and assist other employees
  • Provide excellent customer service, promote store sales, and use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment
  • Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds, frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing
