We are seeking an experienced School Social Worker to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable school district in the Fort Lupton area.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Evaluate factors impacting students' academic performance and adjustment, and provide individual and group counseling.
  • Offer crisis intervention and teach coping skills to students.
  • Coordinate with teachers and parents to provide support and ensure student success.
Requirements
  • Must have a Social Work License in CO and CO CDE Certificate.
  • Masters Degree in Social Work.
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred but not required.
