Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. As an Inside Sales Representative at Fire Equipment Inc, you will be responsible for managing and processing quotes for fire safety deficiencies within a specified territory. Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and quote all deficiencies submitted by technicians during inspections within the assigned territory.
  • Review and approve submitted tech cases on a daily basis.
  • Prepare comprehensive quotes including materials, labor, truck charges, sales tax (where applicable), manufacturer surcharges, and a detailed description of services provided.
  • Contact third-party distributors/vendors to obtain pricing information for labor and materials as needed.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email and follow up on every proposal sent.
  • Ensure timely follow-up within 24/48 hours after sending quotes to customers.
  • Manage approved deficiency opportunities by closing them as wins and creating necessary work orders for scheduling.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to schedule and ensure timely completion of work without the need for return trips.
  • Meet monthly sales quotas both individually and as a team.
  • Compensated with a base salary plus commission structure.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per year.
