Job Title: Senior Financial Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Data Analyst to join our team at NR Consulting. As a Senior Financial Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial certifications like CFA, CPA, FRM
  • Ability to map and trace data from various source systems to solve a given business problem
  • Thorough understanding of a SDLC, realizing the importance of working on Agile environment and autonomous enough to adjust as priorities change
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments concurrently with minimal direction in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong competency in analyzing both data and processes and report on findings appropriately
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to development and agile tools e.g. SQL, Excel, JIRA, Git, MS office, Project Plan, Visio and Agile Central

Desirable Skills/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, science, engineering, mathematical or financial discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in investment banking or the financial sector
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial data analysis and balance sheet / income statement reconciliation
  • Experience with Audit / Risk / Regulator & Financial Reporting
  • Worked on data quality process and monitoring framework
  • Worked on Management reporting and dashboards for medium to complex projects
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
