Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of the Commercial team, the Ecommerce Senior Leader at ISN is a seasoned professional with a proven history of developing high-performing teams in B2C eCommerce. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, motivation, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams. This leader will be responsible for crafting and executing a strategic roadmap that enhances customer experience while overseeing the daily operations of our eCommerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of experts managing all aspects of the eCommerce site, from development to post-sales support.
- Define the vision and strategy for the B2C direct-to-consumer website across all digital platforms.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams on budget planning, product priorities, and operational KPIs.
- Manage P&L execution and performance against budget.
- Oversee a multi-year product roadmap, guiding projects from inception to launch.
- Co-create a digital marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop and implement a content management strategy in partnership with internal teams.
- Continuously enhance digital experiences by researching innovative solutions and industry trends.
- Establish metrics to evaluate the success of digital products and share insights with stakeholders.
- Build internal data analysis capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), marketing, eCommerce, or a related field is essential, along with a minimum of five years in a leadership role within the Digital Business/eCommerce sector.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a focus on inventory analysis or product management.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to make informed recommendations.
- Proven track record of utilizing analytical data to drive results.
- Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce technologies and third-party platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions.
- Project management expertise with the ability to guide diverse teams.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
