OBJECTIVE:
This role is accountable for a variety of responsibilities that may include servicing guest accommodations, maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, and ensuring all assigned areas are tidy and well-presented for our patrons, adhering to industry service standards.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
The work environment encompasses areas both inside and outside the establishment, including public spaces. Duties may be performed under diverse weather conditions such as sunshine, rain, heat, cold, snow, wind, and dust.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Consistently demonstrate friendliness towards colleagues and guests; seize every chance to offer a warm smile and greeting.
  2. Make beds in guest rooms.
  3. Remove all soiled linens from rooms.
  4. Clean coffee makers and glasses thoroughly.
  5. Restock guest amenities as needed.
  6. Dust and sanitize all furniture, including sofas, chairs, cushions, benches, artwork, and plants.
  7. Ensure all mirrors are spotless.
  8. Wipe down all hardware and polish metal and woodwork, including doors, frames, and windows.
  9. Clean all marble surfaces, tables, and stonework.
  10. Empty ashtrays and all trash receptacles.
  11. Wipe down fixtures, lights, lamps, baseboards, and ledges.
  12. Verify proper operation of toilets, ensuring cleanliness.
  13. Sweep and mop floors effectively.
  14. Vacuum carpets thoroughly.
  15. Clean and wipe down walls and boards.
  16. Restock cleaning carts with necessary supplies and replenish dispensers.
  17. Remove trash, debris, and used items from assigned areas.
  18. Maintain cleanliness in elevators, including tracks and walls.
  19. Clean vents and high hats.
  20. Adhere to safety standards and procedures.
  21. Report any unsafe conditions or required repairs to the appropriate supervisor.
  22. Provide exceptional service to all guests.
  23. Maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
  24. Wear a crisp, ironed uniform at all times.
  25. Assist supervisors and management as requested.
  26. Perform additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Prior experience in a similar role for a minimum of 6 months is strongly preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Ability to lift and/or carry items to a height of 4 to 5 feet on an intermittent basis.

Ability to operate equipment weighing between 75 lbs to 200 lbs.
