Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Capital Vacations. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and customer service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and prepare rooms for cleaning, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Dust and vacuum rooms, including furniture and floors, to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Clean bathrooms, removing soil, dirt, and soap build-up, and ensuring all fixtures and surfaces are clean and hygienic.
  • Replenish guestroom and bath supplies, including facial tissues, toilet paper, and bathroom amenities.
  • Perform rotation cleaning duties, such as steam-cleaning carpets and performing spring cleaning, as required.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to their requests, maintaining positive guest relations at all times.
  • Be familiar with all resort services and features, as well as local attractions and activities, to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
  • Attend to and resolve guest calls, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous hotel-related experience desired.
  • Must have high energy and a passion for cleanliness.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
