Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans that meet their unique requirements.
  • Provide direct patient care services, including medication management and wound care.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Requirements
  • RN license in the state of employment (or eligibility to obtain).
  • 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathize with patients and their families, providing compassionate and supportive care.
