Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and dynamic individual to join Jobot's legal team as a Part-Time HR Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, specifically in HR onboarding and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits across all company operations.
  • Design and implement effective onboarding plans for new hires.
  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing benefits policies and procedures to ensure programs are current, competitive, and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop a competitive compensation plan.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically with HR onboarding and payroll administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR procedures and legal regulations.
  • A strong understanding of payroll and benefits systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range: $25-$45 per hour
