Key Responsibilities

The Program Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing 2 residential group homes and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations;
  • Directly supervising and evaluating lead and direct support staff members;
  • Managing all resident and house finances, as well as submitting required records in a timely manner;
  • Providing quality assurance throughout the licensing review period;
  • Carrying out emergency action plans and communicating effectively with staff and residents;
  • Coordinating medical administration with agency nursing, scheduling staff meetings, and attending Individual Plan meetings;
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related human services field and at least three years of experience in a supervisory role within the human services sector. Additionally, they must have a valid Connecticut driver's license, eligibility for Network, Inc.'s auto insurance, and be able to obtain and maintain Medication Certification, First Aid/CPR, PMT certification, Annual Inservice, and other resident-specific medical and habilitative needs training.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
