Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Lancaster Pediatric Outpatient Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing direct and individualized nursing care to pediatric patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider.

  • Deliver high-quality patient care through effective communication, education, and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Participate in ongoing evaluation and improvement of patient care processes to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • A valid license to practice as a licensed practical nurse in the state of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to completion of orientation.
  • One (1) year of experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting, preferred.
