Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and observe patients for adverse reactions

Educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio

BLS Provider certification

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
