Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Route Process Administrator at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC. This role is responsible for performing pre-settlement and cashiering duties in a Distribution Center, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and resolution of driver over and short issues, including cash and product/load discrepancies.
  • Review and verify end-of-day driver paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Run daily route status reports to verify that all delivery routes have been settled.
  • Communicate with the route accounting department regarding settlement issues and provide timely updates.
  • Ensure that all driver paperwork, including proof of deliveries, is accurately completed and included in the driver's documentation.
  • Perform cashiering duties, including ensuring the Fed-Ready status of deposits and maintaining the security of route cash.
  • Validate the proper use of cash drop logs and ensure that all cash transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Count and reconcile full-service cash and finalize handheld transactions.
  • Prepare driver paperwork for imaging and maintain accurate records in the route accounting system.
  • Review settlement exception reports and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Prepare deposits for pickup by armored car services and troubleshoot handheld issues that impact settlement.
  • Collaborate with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve SAP (inventory system) to sales accounting system reconciling items.
  • Conduct 10% driver audits as required by internal control.
  • Research and process mail checks, print backup, and code in Payment Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Missing Documents Log.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • 2-5 years' experience in an automated office environment required.
  • Experience using route accounting systems preferred.
  • Experience in cash room environments preferred.
  • Basic computer and database application skills.
  • Accurate data entry and strong organizational skills.
  • Sitting (80%), bending, walking, and kneeling; occasional lifting of up to 50lbs.
